八月十五日，一個陽光明媚的日子，一位年輕女子在寧靜的巴黎公寓裏，以不斷場的獨角戲，述說著旅居巴黎的點滴。她一個人說話、沉思，並自我省思。攝影機遊走於房間的不同角落，記錄下她的一舉一動、這個空間、以及這個夏天的光和影。本片主題環繞著孤獨、身不由己，以及難以承受的憂鬱心理。
 

Mid-August in Paris in a sunny, quiet apartment a young woman talks, thinks, reflects on herself, her everyday life and little events in a long, uninterrupted monologue. The camera pictures her and her gestures in long, fixed shots moving around the rooms, the space, the light and shadows in a summer day.
