同為聽障者身分的導演，記錄下三代同堂聾家庭的生活。聽障父母為了家計出外工作，照顧孫女的工作由無法言語、沒唸過書的阿嬤負責，但祖孫之間如果要深入溝通卻很困難，這個處境該如何解決？在三個不同時空的境遇當中，一代比一代努力積極求取進步，並溶入社會參與；展現家庭成員互相倚靠並緊密地團結在一起，且樂觀面對人生的態度。
In three different spaces and times, each member of the three generations deaf families has variable life narrative. But they have the positive attitude to make progress and to integrate into the society generation by generation. The family members depend on each other, hold on together, and face their life optimistically.
