Once Upon a Beast is a short film of a 12-years-old little girl living in a convent. More mature than the others kids, Laurence is taken in an authoritarian world that dictates how to live in society and refrains the intellectual liberty. In this universe, Laurence must learn to distinguish the material world from her free spirit.
