「蘆葦之歌」是一首前台籍慰安婦阿嬤的療癒之歌。慰安婦的議題，大家並不陌生，但除了「控訴」，還有其他的嗎？相較於世界上熙攘紛擾的樂音，有一段被忽略的歷史，有一群曾在痛苦深淵中的阿嬤們勇敢地面對自己，她們尊貴地被對待、細膩地被陪伴。在生命晚年，有的阿嬤首度公開身份、有的阿嬤找到信仰、也有的阿嬤與自己和好；阿嬤們用堅毅樂觀的態度，唱著一首不能被世人遺忘的歌…本片與《蜉蝣 A Little Life》同場放映。

“Song of the Reed” is a song of healing for the Taiwanese women who survived sexual slavery under the Japanese in World War II...This film documents how four Taiwanese ladies overcame grave physical and mental trauma and grew in their attitudes toward life through 16 years of physical and mental health workshops.
