影片紀錄了士林的王家嬸婆、萬華的文櫻姐，以及三重迫遷戶素華姐和英秀阿姨，四個不同女人和家的故事，在強拆的威脅下，生活從此變調。從士林王家拆到華光社區，從台北市拆到新北市，在怪手破門而入時，讓我們看見另一個台北。本片收錄於「公民不服從」特輯，與《世界上最安全的核電廠 The Safest Nuclear Power Station in the World》同場放映。
導演郭明珠：「記錄被都更掉的生活影像不是為了懷舊，而是思索我們接下來要怎麼生活，以及誰決定了我們居住的方式。」
In 2012, Taipei City Government’s forced demolition of the Wang family in Shi-lin District shocked the society, which divulged the hidden problems of urban renewal program. This documentary tells the story of four women living in different areas whose lives were changed forever since their homes have been under the threat of forced demolition.
