《彩虹芭樂》是《T婆工廠》後來的故事。2004年台灣國際勞工協會（TIWA）協助飛盟電子一百多位菲律賓移工進行關廠抗爭，過程中遇見廠內許多同志伴侶，因而完成《T婆工廠》紀錄片。6、7年過去，TIWA團隊追逐當年為愛共赴天涯的同志伴侶們的腳步，前往菲律賓呂宋島、伊洛伊洛、民答那峨及中東杜拜等地，繼續紀錄她們的愛情故事與生命變化。身為同志與移工，她們的處境像候鳥般始終在變化，或者也因如此，我們總趕不上她們善變愛情和國境遷移的速度。
Rainbow Popcorn is the sequel to Lesbian Factory. In 2004, the Taiwan International Workers’ Association (TIWA) helped over 100 Philippina workers to fight, and we noticed many lesbian couples and we focused on some of these couples in our Lesbian Factory. Over the years, what has happened to these women who crossed oceans for love, family and future? In Rainbow Popcorn, the TIWA film team traces their migrations, from their homes in the Philippines, to Dubai, Bahrain and Kuwait.
